Having done extensive research on student accommodation in South Africa, problems that are recurring and ones that have not yet been tackled have become the core elements in the vision and mission of Ludidi House For students (LH4S). For R3500 per students with all the benefits included, we aim to ensure that our students have all the necessities to fulfilling their educational ambitions.

The fact that (LH4S) is owned by a young individual who has recent knowledge and experience of living in student accommodations, it ensures that Ludidi House for Students will maintain and further develop the current student accommodation trends.

Ludidi House for Students was registered on the 12 August 2012 as a Proprietary Limited company “(Pty) Ltd”. Ludidi House for students (LH4S) is new to the accommodation scene, spawning from a collection of ideas, adding to the already developing market.  It offers a new and fresh type of student accommodation that will address the needs that students have in relation to the conditions and the conduciveness to studying current student accommodations have.

All the rooms at the premises are sharing rooms and this accommodation is only for first year ladies who are serious about their studies and will be keen on leaving a lasting legacy for students to follow.
